550 L - Subtle, smooth, no bitter, astringent, dry flavors or aftertaste, starts slightly sweet, hints of roasted flavor, finishes exceptionally clean. Can be substituted 1:1 for de-bittered black malt. Excellent in black IPAs, schwarzbiers and stouts.
