Basic Kombucha brewing equipment kit for 1 gallon batches. Does NOT include scoby.
Kit includes:
- 1 gallon glass jar
- reusable mesh beg for steeping tea
- pipette for taking samples
- LCD stick-on thermometer
- pH testing strips
- instructions
In addition to this kit you will need: kombucha scoby, tea (black or green works best), coffee filter and rubberband to cover top of the jar, cane sugar, and bottles to store your kombucha after the fermentation is complete. We recommend these bottles:
